Requirements

• NYS RN License
• BSN
• CDE Certification
  
• 10-15 years clinical experience
  
• 5-10 in the diabetes/cardiovascular arena
  
• Excellent communication skills
• EXcellent computer skills
  
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred but not necessary
