The qualified candidates will be performing clinic program reviews and is expected to be knowledgeable about provision of primary and preventative care withing school based health centers, school based dental clinics settings and family planning clinics, as well as all applicable regulations and guidelines.

The individual must also have the understanding of, and ability to use, required monitoring tools, produce required monitoring reports, and provide appropriate technical assistance to providers .

Responsibilities

• Completes all pre-review activities, including scheduling, notification, review of previous monitoring information, and other protocols as required.
• Reviews patient records for all required components and time frames
• Executes site observation and note any deficiencies
• Makes appropriate recommendations as a result of monitoring activities
• Provides technical assistance to personnel where appropriate
• Utilizes data management tool appropriately to record monitoring findings.
• Prepares provider monitoring report in accordance with findings
• Review the provider's Corrective Action Plan ( CAP) according to protocols; prepares appropriate responses if CAP deficient .
• Assists in analyzing data to identify problem areas for further review.
• When assigned, provides staff support to appropriate committees and /or accepts additional assignments as per request of supervisors.
